Shipping policy

SHIPPING
All products are handcrafted, bottled, labeled and packaged by me in my home studio in small batches. I do this to ensure you are getting the freshest product I can provide. Depending on inventory, lead times may take up to 3 business days before shipping.

Shipping companies are a third party and we cannot control how they manage their business. Because of that, Bee Balm and Ash is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss. We recommend upgrading to Priority mail at checkout to protect you in case of an unfortunate circumstance. While we will gladly help you with any shipping questions you may have, please be mindful that we receive the same tracking information as you so only have access to that same information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unexpected customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are based on each countries policy. It is illegal for me to mark items as "gifts" on customs forms. International shipping may take up to one month before passing through customs and continuing to you and unfortunately this is out of our control. First Class shipping is estimated to be 7-21 working days but it can take longer.

Tracking is only available in certain countries when shipping via USPS First Class. In those instances, tracking stops once the package has left the United States. Please upgrade to Priority shipping if tracking is important to you.
