Also contains salt from the Dead Sea chosen for their high mineral content to help restore the bodies mineral level. Comes with reusable unbleached cotton tea bag for ease of use.
Here are several ways you can use this product:
↟ Fill the provided bag with the herb and salt mixture, tie top securely and place in a ceramic/glass vessel and cover with boiling water. Let steep for about 20 minutes then pour concentrated mixture into bath water. Allow yourself to soak for at least 25 minutes.
↟ You can also follow the same steps as above but use mixture in your Peri bottle [cooled appropriately]. Discard any unused product after a day.
↟ You can use mixture on menstrual or cotton pads then freeze and use as soothing ice packs to soothe.
↟ You can also fill the provided bag with herb and salt mixture, tie the top securely and use directly in the bath. It will be less concentrated but you will still get some of the benefits.
