Reiki Healing // 30 Minute Distance Healing Session // Reiki Master // Powerful Energy Healing and Chakra Balancing

Distance is only a physical limitation, so sessions can be done without clients being physically present. I'll establish a connection with your energy, then begin channeling Reiki to you, where it intuitively knows what is most needed for your overall well-being and highest and best good. I will also clear any blockages you may have in your chakra system and meridians, restoring balance.

✨ This is a shorter session than my 60 minute offering, and is best for someone who has already started their healing journey. If you are just beginning, I recommend the full session, or a series.

Reiki facilitates the shift from a sympathetic nervous system response (fight or flight) to a parasympathetic state, fostering a sense of calm, nurturing the body's inherent healing capacities, and restoring emotional, spiritual, and physical equilibrium. Upon completing the session, I'll envelop your aura in divine white light.

What To Expect:

All you need to do is sit or lie down comfortably at the time of the session and relax. You can play soothing music if you prefer. If you fall asleep, do not worry. Reiki works regardless.

After your session, I will email you with a summary and you are welcome to discuss your experience and ask questions if you feel inclined.

Possible experiences during the session include emotional or physical releases, sensations of warmth or coolness, increased calmness, relaxation, fatigue, or heightened energy. You might encounter some or none of these; simply allow whatever arises to flow through you. Your body is doing what it needs to, and it may look different from what you may expect, however it is as it should be. In the days after your session, you continue to have similar experiences or changes.
