The Preparation
Steep 1–2 tablespoons of Sacred Renewal in a large, heat-safe basin of boiled water. Cover and allow the infusion to steep for 10–15 minutes, ensuring the delicate floral essences are preserved.

The Experience
When the steam feels gentle and comfortable, position yourself over the basin. Envelop your lower body in a thick blanket or robe to seal in the warmth.
