🔥 How to Use
• Add 1–2 tablespoons of the blend to a large heat-safe bowl (avoid plastic) of boiled water. Let steep, covered, for 10–15 minutes.
• Set up your steam space—whether with a steam seat, low stool, or open toilet seat.
• Sit over the steam (test temperature first!) for 20–30 minutes, wrapped in a blanket or robe to contain warmth. ⚠️ If you have an IUD or short cycle (under 28 days), limit steaming to 5–10 minutes and consult a practitioner first.
